Let me introduce myself, I am a Canadian medical student who recently went from library marathons fuelled by Tim Hortons to eating almost entirely home cooked meals.
Why? Well I realized that as a future doctor, I’m going to be doing a lot of lecturing about eating well and doing so after eating pie for breakfast (which surprisingly has happened) is probably not the best idea. In essence, I
decided to take a bit of my own medicine.
So come with my on this journey! Let’s do our best – one horribly cooked casserole at a time!
In conclusion, I hope that this blog will be of use to anyone who wants to:
- eat a bit healthier
- save a bit of money
- save a bit of time
- get creative
So even though I’m not a doctor yet – here’s my first prescription – get in your kitchen!
